We are operating reduced clinics and practice opening times for now and all appointments will be by prior booking only.

  • APPOINTMENTS BY PRIOR BOOKING ONLY, please note we are unable to offer walk-in clinics.

If you have an Urgent eyecare problem only you can call the following numbers.

URGENT or Emergency Care would include urgent clinical advice or intervention e.g. for red eye, painful eye, contact lens discomfort, foreign object, sudden change in vision, flashes and floaters which might suggest  a retinal detachment.

Please contact us to arrange an appointment, if:

  • your vision has suddenly changed or become blurry.
  • you have a painful or red eye.
  • you have been advised to attend this practice by NHS 111 or another healthcare professional for urgent eye care.
  • you have broken or lost your glasses and need a replacement pair to function.
  • you have a problem with your contact lenses.


  • Contact lens supply for our existing patients only will be done by post.
  • If you have glasses on order we will also be able to post these to you.
  • If you are worried about your eyes please phone us to discuss this. If we are unable to answer please leave a message with all your details.
